The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because for the past few months every time I try to order the Ollie frozen fresh dog food it says it’s out of stock. I never get the notification to tell me it’s back in stock and recently I found out why, they in fact had every flavor in stock however the app says otherwise. I almost changed foods or started a subscription with Ollie but decided to call and inquire at Petco.

- AGAle GuzmanMar 12, 20261.0Took my dog on Friday 3/6/26 so that they can shave off the small amount of knots he had , and when we went to pick him up they shaved all the hair from his face and left him with a mullet and his legs were also shaved so wrong and not properly shaved, and when we wanted them to trim his hair they said we had to wait 4 weeks and reschedule. For a place that has many years of experience cutting dogs hair I feel that this was very unprofessional and unfortunately we will not be coming back.
