- BWBrooke WaidNov 15, 20255.0I have been with River Oak Veterinary for 3-4 years now with my little Charley girl. Yesterday being one of the most concerning, scariest visits for me with her. Robin (receptionist) being the first I made contact with over the phone to try to get her in first thing in the morning. Robin was such a warm and comforting voice in my time of crisis, with her immediate response of “yes bring her in”. She welcomed me right away when I came through the front door holding my Charley girl and got us checked in immediately. The team grabbed her fairly quickly assured me I would hear from the team shortly in regards to treatment and care. Received the call from Dr. Chatfield before noon whom I have never had the chance to meet or has yet treated my Charley before this visit. She was so informative and so sincere in regards to her care she was giving and planned on giving my girl. I did not feel rushed pushed or made to feel any negative feeling while having my short conversation over the phone with her but this is probably the best experience I have had with this veterinary team. Thank you so much to the River Oak Veterinary team for your care and urgency as if my Charley girl were your own. I am so beyond happy with this team and my experience there yesterday.

They helped give each of them a great start. I highly recommend them for all of your fur babies. In addition to their excellent care, they are affordable.
