(first visit). they had an appointment at 11:00 on 11/20/25. My parents got worry around 3:00pm trying to call for an update. No update, so they went to the store to check on Bruno, and they kept saying 30 more minutes. Wendy the team member at Petco went to get Bruno at 4:10pm to then started his session. Bruno was, we don't know where for 5 hours then Wendy started cutting his hair at 4:30pm. Wendy returned Bruno at 5:18pm. BTW, bruno is a 5 pound little poppy. She then charged them $82.00 after they were quote $52. My parents are elderly 70 years old, with a fix income. They lost their beloved dog, Toffy 2 mouths ago. My sisters and I got them Bruno because they missed Toffy so much. Bruno has brought them love and laughter. This is abuse and discriminations. I am filling a formal complaint to corporate and the business bureau and contacting the store to make sure this doesn't happened to anyone else.
