She was thoughtful enough to make our dog feel comfortable with her before taking him to the back. You can tell she is passionate about her job. She made sure to ask me how I wanted him groomed and provided insightful suggestions. Catrin looks amazing! We will be choosing her as our preferred stylist.

Unfortunate that you have to check out and pick a tip before you even see the grooming your dog receives. Update: Updating a week later to say that they over brushed my lab and he’s covered in small infected cuts all over this back legs. We definitely will not be returning.
