The service was great and they were nice to us and told me I will receive the details of the vaccines and the result of the leukemia test on my email... is been a week and nothing I have gone to the site and request the documents of the visit many many times and nothing. I talked to costumer service and they said to do exactly what I already did... we need this documents with extremely importance and accuracy because to get into the country we are going they really make it hard and are extremely careful to read the documentation and for one little thing they can deny her entrance... is a shame that they take so long and that because of that the good experience is now a problem I need to resolve...
