  A continued awful experience - bad communication, uniformed staff & terrible customer service. Against my better judgement after a previous not so great experience Previously I have tried the "walk in" service they offer online & on the menu in store. They however don't actually offer same day or drop in appts for any service. After then being told I had to make an appt but couldn't make in store, I needed to make online. Rather confusing and frustrating. When I brought my pup in a few days later at 7A and was told she would be ready By 1P. I called to see if she was ready for pick up and told she wouldn't be ready for another 2 - 3 Hours. Against my better judgement after a previous not so great experience I booked an appt on a Friday, when I called they offered to bring my pup in later that afternoon or on Sunday. After making an appt for Sunday, Receiving multiple text messages, and email confirmation. I just received a phone call 3 hours before her appt saying they are refusing to take her, based on "a note" in the system that I was unhappy with the previous visit and they would not provide service. If you would not like my business - I am fine with that. But I would suggest you tell that to a customer at the time as your "notes" are inaccurate from my perspective. It's a heck of a way to try and keep a customer. When I asked why I was able to make an appt if you did not want my business, I was told it was an error on their part & they shouldn't have taken the appointment. While I tried to give them another chance for their mistakes which they clearly admitted to me. Rather than make an effort to wow me, make things smooth and keep a customer. They elected to refuse service. There are many ways for this to have been resolved and this is not one of them I was looking forward to being impressed by giving them another chance. If anyone has any local Groomer recommendations please share.

  Iivan our pet groomer is super knowledgeable about my fur baby Koa and dogs in general always gives helpful hints and care for my pup

  Gal looked nervous. Never asked so many questions before shopping, grooming, & vet for years. Found out groomer is new, & more experienced groomers not there that day. Gal did okay on nail.
