- DVDenise VelezJan 13, 20261.0I bought a vaccine package for my cat and she has a lot of allergies and they denied her because she was a “liability” and gave me a # to call for a refund and the place said they don’t give refunds for the clinic and to go in and ask. I went in to talk to them and they denied ever seeing me and me paying for the package despite showing them the invoice. It’s been 7 months now and I still haven’t gotten my 300 dollar refund. They suck and are rude. Don’t go here.

However, I just moved so I needed only the Rabies in order to show my apartment manager proof of Rabies, and I wanted to get the rest of my dog Pickle's vaccines in January. I was told that I'd have to come back and get the packet which is $160 and they said they cannot subtract the cost of the Rabies vaccine from that packet (it includes Rabies). So, I think this is very unfortunate as I should be able to pay for a packet of the rest of the shots minus the Rabies vaccine which was over $40. That is where they can improve. Otherwise satisfied with how they treated my Pet and my family.
