  I love petco , they made my pet feel like home,They treated my dog really nice and very proffesional, I also was able to download a first time coupon,And it was less then $200.00 ,.I want to thank the whole staff and highly recommend that if you really love your pet ,Petco is the right place,its like theyre own little city .

  I will not be returning with my rescue and signed up for Banfield after my appointment today, 1/10. I would rather pay more money to ensure my beloved, loyal, and kindhearted pup gets the care she deserves and finally gave in to the recommendation from loved ones on their plans, care and competence. Our first visit went great with Dr. Wilson, I wish I could book with her specifically, as I believe my experience would have gone different with her today and my pup would get the services needed and I would have been heard not dismissed. I am not a fan of bad reviews but after leaving with so much anger hope others can avoid or proceed with caution that they will try to get you to purchase unnecessary tests when I went in for puppy shots and did not get them, but I got them the next day at Banfield and the peace of mind I feel is incredible as we are an active family. Had I not made the change,I would have yet to get her puppy vaccines, meanwhile I already have my puppy booster shots and spay surgery scheduled with Banfield and paid A LOT LESS.

  It was my first time coming and the first time my pets had ever been to the vet. Everyone was really patient and considerate of the way my pets reacted (they were clearly uncomfortable and anxious, but did really good!) The vet was really thorough and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, their extra care is out of my price range, but I'm glad I was able to get a check up for my pets because of the free coupon they offered. Overall it was a good experience.

  Called yesterday to ask about vaccinations. The person who answered the phone asked how they could help me. I stated I was looking to get my pet vaccinated they said, "I'm sorry, how can I help you?" After repeating my question they said they have a clinic on Saturday. I asked if they could see my pet privately during the week(my pet is fussy) and they hung up. I would never trust my pet to an organization that doesn't treat people well. It only goes down hill from there folks
