- MMMedJan 25, 20261.0Not all workers but one night male manager and girl worker with braces really judgy. Trouble with refund seemed they tried to make it really hard to do so. Dealt with gaslighting when confronted for no particular reason other than they may have not liked us for no apparent reason. Finally was able to get refund. After jumping thru hoops. Just to be told by a different great worker that they were able to do refund and they did in fact have space for the return, after being told they did not. Ms. "Are you sure?" Judgy worker got humbled as she was right next to her. Bad experience for a 1st time petco rewards member who signed up for the new year, only to cancel my membership in same month. Again not all workers here are bad eggs but for sure these 2. Hopefully they change & do better, maybe look at themselves and ask did i really need take time out of my day to act that way. Hopefully they are great with their coworkers cuz these 2 give the definition of "birds of a feather flock together". Misery loves company. Will not be coming back. Have a good rest of your evening. Petco 😊✌🏼 Honest review!
