- RDRebekah DonaldsonDec 23, 20254.0The main complaint I had was the poor things had to upload all my vaccine records and information when I had done that just a few weeks before but in their grooming department. They should have an option for us to like check a box or something to give permission for them to share my dog's records from the grooming department to the vet department. But the appointment itself was the best I've ever had!!!! The vet techs were awesome! So nice, polite, professional, and on top of it. I got there early for paperwork, and they were able to process it quickly, and I got in early and was done 3 minute after my appointment time. They were on top of it, super polite, handled my shy dog well. Even though he's a shy and anxious sweet boy, he looks a bit scarry (mini aussie shepherd/husky mix), but they saw he was sweet & shy and handled his nervousness with compassion that made him not want to say bye after the appointment. He kept wanting to go back instead of picking out his treat/toy for doing so good with the vet. Only took a star off for the inconvenience of not sharing data across when it's the same system.
