- OOOurhouseSep 6, 20255.0Best doggy day care we’ve used in Redding and super clean. The staff was friendly as well. It was the second time we’ve been here after using another place in town that was gross. (My husband accidentally left a bad review for these folks meaning it for the other place - so sorry about that!) These people are the best and my dog seems to approve as well. We’ll be back for sure.

What are your vaccination requirements for dogs?
For admission, we require all dogs to have current vaccinations for Bordetella, Rabies, DHLPP, and Canine Influenza (H3N8/H3N2).
What vaccinations are required for cats?
Prior to boarding, all cats must have up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations.
What are your facility hours?
We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. On Saturdays, we operate from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, also closing for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
When do I need to check out my pet?
Pet check-out should be completed by 12:00 PM noon. An additional day's charge will apply for later check-outs.
How much do you charge for boarding?
Our boarding rates are: $45 per day for small dogs (25 lbs or less), $48 per day for medium dogs (26-49 lbs), $50 per day for large dogs (50 lbs and above), and $30 per day for cats.
What are the accommodations like?
We provide spacious 4' by 17' runs for dogs. Cats are housed in climate-controlled areas we call 'cat palaces'.
Do you administer medications?
Yes, we administer medications for a fee of $5 per dose. Owners are welcome to bring their pet's food in labeled plastic containers.
Are registration or information forms required?
Yes, we require a completed registration form and pet information sheet before your pet's stay with us.
Do you offer grooming services?
Indeed, we offer full-service pet grooming as part of our 'spa resort' experience.
