I have been going here for many years and I have no idea what happened. Pulling up I was first taken back by the state of of the building. There was more dog poop than normal and the sign is peeling off. The trend continues into the building with it being dirty and falling apart. In the patient room the scale that we used was muddy. A doctor came in that we haven't had before and that's fine, but he was greasy and smelt terrible. I was trying not to gag on how bad the smell was. The second he came into the room he took one look at my dog and said that my dog was "infested" with fleas and we need to take care of the infestation and that my dogs over the counter flea prevention is bad. We spent several minutes together brushing and looking at my indoor only, very clean, spoiled, short haird dog for these mysterious fleas as I get more nauseous from the smell of the doctor, only to find nothing. He said that we can't see it, but he's infested and needs to be treated. He then said "when I will give him his allergy shot." Who speaks like this? Saying when I "will" to nothing we discussed. It's not even a real normal feeling phrase. If it was an option it's usually spoken like, when I give it to him. It was then super apparent that I'm just dealing with a smelly shady car mechanic like sales man. He's lifing the hood of my dog and saying and pointing to random stuff and not even asking me to buy whatever he's selling, but saying he's going to get it done and charge me. I declined. The main reason I took my dog in was that they spammed me with text saying that I was over due for service. It was odd and the times were all over the place. 2 years past due, to 10 months, to 1 month in that order. I think I got about 9 of these text in one day. Figured it was an error. Or broken. I went through my records and only saw that I needed one vaccination. They didn't seem to have a clear understanding of what my dog has or has been through even though we have been going only there for more than 5 years. We had the standard questions asked by the nurse and the doctor seems to have looked at them and made a sales pitch to try to get money out of me. The problem beyond the smell was that he is such a bad salesman that it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie where I was trying to get classically scammed out of money. From puppy, to surgeries, normal check ups, expensive blood works just because I want a record of my dog.... To this. I will NEVER come back here. That was TERRIBLE.

This was our first time here. All the staff and the Doctor who saw our baby were amazing. Our boy got stung by a bee and was in so much pain it made us worried sick. When most of the places tried to make money off us while still keeping our boy in pain, they were really compassionate. They were not only thoughtful for our boy but they also made sure we were happy parents too. I understand that appointments are important but so does compassion specially for a veterinary hospital. Thankyou for taking us in and making us comfortable. I am specially thankful to Dr.Bach and the technician Maggi.I was nervous because of some reviews and asked if the procedure could happen without sedation. They actually went the extra mile for us even though it took so much effort from them. If I start writing the whole story I might cry so keeping it short but these words and appraises are not enough. I recommend the place and specially thankful to Dr.Bach and Maggie ❤️🐾

The first visit was acceptable with a diagnosis of two possible conditions.(Provided this was a second opinion visit). Meds made her sleep a whole day. But after a couple of days she got downhill which led to believe it was just one of the two possible conditions. So, I brought my dog walking on second visit in advance of the follow up from first visit (before the scheduled day) for confirmation of just one possible condition. Instead of giving me a REAL assessment, (Google would have made no difference), they sold me a false hope, no prognosis but hope, and charged me almost a thousand dollars. Dog didn't stand anymore when picking up, got worse overnight (no difference from previous night which made me go to vet again), and with just two doses of meds at home dog died next day. We are left with all the medicine and extra exams (having been performed already)...and no peace of right choice. If your gut tells you don't go to vet, don't. It's an just educated guess with power to prescribe. We can also guess. We can also observe. We can also fail...with ignorance. It was a bad move and they need to acknowledge. Real responses, real approaches. It seemed it was gonna be that way..Doctors differ. That's a bummer. (Make sure to have emergencies on same day your doctor or vet in this case is available, huh?)
