Waited hours past appointment time for them to be rude to me. The doctor is good, but those nurse vets are crazy.

The staff are friendly, but the place is very disorganized and unprofessional. I dropped my cat off at 10:30 AM and was told I could pick him up in a few hours. When I called at 3 PM to check in, they had barely started working with him, so I decided to pick him up at 4 PM. When I arrived, I was told that my cat had been feisty and hissing, which is why they weren’t able to do any tests. If that was the case, I should have been notified earlier instead of finding out when I came to get him. They said I wouldn’t be charged since no tests ended up being done. I had made the appointment using my guest account and the new client coupon from their website, but none of that information was saved. If the tests had gone through, I would have had to pay even though it should’ve been covered as a first visit. 😐

Sadie was treated very well. Her problem was diagnosed and she’s recovering nicely.
