Rip to my amazing foxy woxy ginger baby bisher ! We are all so heart broken. But she was beyond help and I would never want her to suffer. We all got to go kiss her goodbye and be there at the end. She went fast and peaceful. The employees at the emergency vet office were so fast into action when we brought her in and very very caring. Bill was higher than I thought but it is what it is. Thanks to foxy for her 13 years of love and happiness 😊 ❤ 💕 they put this necklace on her for us to take and prepared her arrangements. When filling out forms for her urn I asked what it should say, my 16 year old son immediately said "ginger baby" I lost it. Again the staff was great

Yesterday I brought my cat in at 3:46 PM. He was immediately taken to the back and we were placed in a room. We then sat there until 5:00 PM without a single update. When we finally went out to ask what was going on, we were told it's a triage emergency hospital and there were more urgent cases ahead of us. That was completely understandable! What wasn't understandable was the total lack of communication. We were then told the Doctor was just about to get to him. Another thirty minutes went by without a single update, so we asked again and were told the exact same thing. The issue is not that they prioritize more critical cases. The issue is that they took our cat to the back, put him in a kennel, and gave us zero updates for over an hour while we sat there with no information. Had we known he would not be evaluated promptly, we would have taken him somewhere else immediately. Today we were finally able to get him seen at another vet. It turns out he had a critical blockage and required immediate care. He is now staying overnight at a different hospital. Your animal and you do not matter to this place!

The front desk staff was really helpful and communicative, and we came on a busy night, but I waited over 4 hours for them to tell me the cat I brought in was just in pain. It was 10:30 at night and very cold outside and I told them multiple times my dog was in the car and that I couldn’t make decisions for the long term care of the cat. They still brought me an estimate for more services than I agreed to and tried to convince me to add services, and added another 30+ minutes onto my visit to fix the estimate and do what I asked.

What started as a freak accident turned into a long expensive and high risk journey for my cat because they put a bandage on too tight. I brought my cat in because she had degloved the very tip of her tail. The doctor examined her, said everything looked good and perform surgery to amputate the tail of that evening. When I picked her up the next morning, a bandage was wrapped around the surgery site and about three inches up her tail. I was instructed to have the bandage removed in two days. When the bandage came off, it was obvious her tail had been deprived of blood flow and was turning black. When I notified the hospital, they told me I could bring her in and they would amputate again which I was not comfortable doing. I took her to a different hospital who said her tail would likely need to be amputated, but because they detected a heart murmur they wouldn’t do surgery. I then took her to a third hospital with a cardiologist onsite who confirmed she has a heart murmur. With special monitoring and precautions they performed a second amputation to remove the 3” of damage caused by EAHSD.

I am incredibly thankful for the wonder care provided by Dr. Drew and Dr. Schlegel for our dog, Kona. At one point, I really thought we had to put our poor girl down when things became more complicated for her but they literally saved her life. The staff is truly professional and kind. All the vets there are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about the work they do. The staff, including the front desk clerk and vet techs, were so kind and empathetic to us while Kona was there for over a week. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you for saving my dog! If I could give 10 stars I would.
