My dog ate some rat poison on Christmas night at 10pm. They saw us quickly, diagnosed her, and got her treated within the hour (including my travel time to the vet). They were friendly, professional, and poised. I’m very thankful for the team here!

It's taken me 3 months to write this review, but I feel it's important that others know about our experience. We've taken our animals to this hospital in previous years and have been very satisfied with the services-- but it feels like things have drastically changed. Recently our senior dog was having difficulty breathing, and we took him in right away to this hospital. After a myriad of xrays, bloodwork, and other diagnostics (and $7K), we really were given no answers. We felt like the vet was just stringing us along, offering a ray of hope when clearly there wasn't one. Looking back, it seems like he most likely realized our boy was in bad shape, and not going to recover...but somehow we were convinced to leave him there for 3 days, racking up an enormous bill, and putting our poor dog through more pain and stress in an unfamiliar place without us and his "brother" by his side. All I can say is that I'm completely dissatisfied with the service we received. I would have MUCH rather the vet told us the truth right from the start-- our dog was failing, and wasn't going to recover. In the end, we had to put him down anyway, and the pain of realizing his last days were spent in a strange place among strange people is the thing that will forever break my heart. I would have appreciated it so much more if the vet was honest with us, and told us to take him home and bring in a mobile euthanasia service. Then, our boy could have atleast passed while he was at home in his safe place....Hindsight is always 20/20, though. In the future, should we need another emergency vet, we will definitely look elsewhere.

Overdue review of this place. They took phenomenal care of our little bichon when she was sick. The vet and technicians were quick despite us bringing her in very late at night and were able to diagnose pancreatitis, provide a treatment regimen, and keep us continuously in the loop with meaningful updates. The vets, in particular, took great care in making sure we understood everything; all of our options for care, and that we had all of our questions answered. Definitely recommended!

It is obviously a stressful experience having an animal in dire need of emergency care. We are first time pet owners and our cat was showing signs of having a blockage and just picked the closest emergency vet. We didn't know what was going on or how everything was going to go. I was so impressed by this clinic. Not only did they keep us well informed and showed empathy for our situation, they immediately brought up costs and let us discuss things. I felt like I could trust my cat in their care, and it doesn't hurt they seemed to be as reasonable as they could about the cost. Also our cat can be wary of new people at first, but when our cat was being released to us it was clear they treated our cat very well. He immediately went for pets from both the vet and the vet assistant when he saw them.
