  It took our dog nearly 4 hours to be seen. She's 9 months old and this was her 2nd haircut. I have been bathing her at home, trimming her nails and shaving her paws to get her accustomed to grooming. She also has crate anxiety and does not like being kept in a kennel. On our last visit she was in and out within an hour and a half. We had an appointment on Sunday at 10am. I checked her in promptly and went to grocery shop in the same plaza. Around 1:30om I called the store to ask for an update because I am actively waiting for a call since I had another engagement later in the afternoon. The stylist that answered the phone let me know she was on the table being worked on. 3 1/2 hours later? So you mean to tell me that she's been in a kennel for a minimum of 3 hours? I was furious. Why wasn't that communicated the wait would be that long when I checked in? Had I known I would have gone somewhere else or booked for a different day. The haircut with everything was over $110 for my dog to be neglected and kept in a kennel for 3 hours despite an appointment? Ridiculous. I even paid for an upgraded package since she's got dry skin. I doubt they even acknowledge the notes and tried to rush her service after seeing how mad I was. No apology, not a word from the stylist when we went to pay and pick her up. I was so mad I couldn't even talk, just took the dog and left. When we got to the car I gave her a bowl of water and downed the whole thing within seconds. If I could give negative stars I would.

  Bella always does the very best for my Emily. She is always very concerned and very much listens to my concerns. I highly recommend her. She’s the best.

  The employees are always very welcoming and friendly. My dogs always feel safe with them.

  i was not happy with my dogs haircut i was told by the manager i could be refunded but i could never return back to the store …i’ve never heard anything like this every called corporate and they told me that’s not true
