  I would recommend this place solely because their veterinarians are good with my dog; unfortunately, their assistants leave much to be desired. One assistant told me that I couldn't put my dog ​​on the floor for even a moment while I looked for his vaccination records—yet there was more than one dog walking around on the floor. The associate, Daisy, should be a little more courteous with customers; my dog ​​is not aggressive, and this wasn't the first time I had brought him to this place for his vaccinations

  Terrible customer service in the grooming the manager Allie lied and stated that I cursed someone out when I did not. I am assuming that the grooming technician, Kayla lied and told her this as well and Allie, the manager stated that she heard it through the door which she did not because those words never came out of my mouth while with my children. This is racism and terrible customer service in a nice pet store in my community of Porter Ranch. They are horrible and I would not send my dead dog here. This just occurred April 11,2026 at 3:00 pm

  Always love coming to petco.. Staff is usually very friendly.. And it's always clean... They have a good variety of our prescription food for our cat...

  I visited this Petco because I recently got a new dog. One of the workers helped me through out the process. There are a lot of options in this store, but she made sure to walk me through the products. She did a great job at explaining the differences. The store is organized, clean, and welcoming. The animals looked healthy and happy. The experience overall was very pleasant. I do plan on coming back to this location for my future shopping. My only complaint is about the girl that works at the area where they bathe the dogs. She was doing unsanitary behaviors at the computer desk. I don’t want to specifically say what I saw, but I just hope they disinfected the area after. Bad hygiene all around.
