You would think it would just automatically pop up when I give them my reward #. Instead I get a " oh you want me to add the discout?" um ya, "I do" is the obvious answer!

Apparently the customer in front of me was getting her pets shots only to get bit by her pet-at least this is what the employees are telling us. Well when that happens they have to put the entire clinic on hold. Multiple customers and distressed dogs are now just waiting because petco doesn’t seem to understand how to implement this protocol. We are just told the clinic is on hold. We have seen the owner and their pet walking by us multiple times now since the incident-doesn’t seem like she’s injured. We have no eta, there doesn’t seem to be a second vet to do vaccines for all the waiting customers and our dogs are getting more distressed with the wait. I get things happen and there are protocols but at some point service becomes an issue. If we need to reschedule then tell us that. If you’re not sure what to do then tell us that. It’s going on an hr now, no need to bring up our work schedules etc. Feels like the common sense isn’t so common in many of these stores anymore.
