- SDSonja DuranJan 1, 20262.0I was so happy to see a grooming service so close to our house. Our first experience was great! I had no complaints, the second and third time was pretty bad. My dogs grooming was incomplete each visit after my first. Her anal glands and ears were never clean, her nails weren’t cut (one girl said it was too hard) and the cost fluctuated for unknown reasons. I kept giving them a chance because I really wanted this place to work out…I won’t be taking my dog back. They really don’t seem like they enjoy grooming. Such a bummer.

- APAmy PattinDec 26, 20255.0I love the self dog wash station. I have very large German Shepherds who don't fit in the dog washes at Lee's Feed or Tractor Supply. PROS: 1) 2 tubs - one is lower to the ground so it's easier for my older pup to get into. 2) tubs have a slight raised platform inside so my doggie isn't sitting on the bottom of the tub which makes it easier to rinse. 3) no time limit so I can stay as long as it takes to get my pups washed and dried. 4) blow dryer is great. It's right next to the tub so I don't have to take my dog out of the tub and you can change the intensity of the air flow and the nozzle. Cons: 1) shampoo & water are mixed in the hose so you can't get extra shampoo for a thick lather 2) no conditioner, there is only a moisturizing shampoo with conditioner so I bring my own 3) I can't adjust the water temp. I think it's just a little too warm 4) only 2 little towels
- MHMissy HaireDec 21, 20251.0Placerville grooming dept. in petco. Had the worst experience today. Took my 50 lb dog in to get groomed, I reserved a spot online for her. I show up to my appointment and the girl (Courtney) gets my dogs info and weighs her and tells me she cant groom her!! She is considered large breed which is completely wrong! Website say up to 50 lbs and large breed is 51 and above. She was lazy and didn't want to do it!!! I walked out so upset. I was planning on giving a very generous tip because I knew she had some matting. I will take her elsewhere now. Not a good first impression at all.
