On top of that, the staff was shockingly unhelpful. When trying to find the right section, I asked for help, and the employee gesture vaguely, and said “it’s in the reptile section, that way”. Since the entire store happened to also be “that way” this was unhelpful. I had to ask him three times exactly where I was going, before he stopped what he was doing and showed me. The checker was nearly as bad.
