  0The price was 3 times higher than the previous owners. My first appointment. Was at 2pm i arrived at 1:55 and checked in , at 2;35 I called back and they said it will be awhile longer I asked how long they couldn't give me a time. I rescheduled. When I got in they told me I can't accompany my best friend Boomer in for the preseger. I can deal with all the other crap but not them not allowing me to see what there doing.....I'll find a new vet

  Quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento a todo el equipo de Perry’s Animal Hospital. Desde que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir acompañados y comprendidos en un momento muy difícil. Se nota el amor y respeto que tienen por la vida de los animales. Tratan a cada mascota con cuidado, paciencia y verdadera dedicación, como si también fueran parte de su familia. Su profesionalismo, calidad humana y excelente atención nos dieron mucha tranquilidad cuando más lo necesitábamos. Sin duda, es un lugar de confianza donde realmente se preocupan por el bienestar de cada mascota. Gracias de corazón por todo su apoyo y cariño.

  I want to start by saying everyone is super nice and respectful that works here. I called a couple days ago to get a quote on getting my frenchie fixed, I got a quote and made an appointment. When we went in for the appointment, the original quote we got was not what we saw on the paper. I explained that to them and they immediately changed it and profusely apologized. I left her there at 9 in the morning, and she was not done until 8 at night. My only complaint about this place is the no communication… my $8k dollar dog was there all day and I had to call a couple times just to even get an update on anything. They explained that they wanted to save her for last because her surgery was going to be the most complicated… which I understand that completely, I just wish someone would have told me that so she wouldn’t have been left there all day. They kept saying how sweet she was and it sounds like they didn’t just leave her in a cage all day, they let her hang out because of how sweet she is. The vet did a great job and took his time making sure the surgery was done right. Him and my dad talked for a while after my dogs surgery was done and he was a super nice guy. Thank you Perris Animal Hospital for keeping my baby safe, making her a priority, and taking your time to make sure it was done right! The picture is her recovering in the sun this morning.

  Pues tuve mala experience Llevando mis 2 gatitas para una Cirujia spay y Tenan cita martes 8:30 am Y dijeron no comida de 10 pm del lunes ni agua por la Cirujia !!!! Y las lleve el martes 8:00 am y dijeron me planarian para decor de su recuperation !! Eran las 4 pm y hablé porque ellos no me havian contactado !!! Y me dijeron no les hicieron Cirujia hasta mañana miércoles !!!! Les dije queeeeeee no puede ser mis bebes están sin comer por 19 horas. ?????? Que les pasa 😭😭😭 me puse bien triste como es posible que tengan Haci a mis gatitas sin comer se me rompio mi corazón 😭 y les dije que hiva a recogerlas y no quería que les hicieran nada y me regresaran mi dinero !! Y mandé a mi hija a recogerlas porque yo estava trabajando !!!! Que mala EXPERIENCIA CON ESTE HOSPITAL NO LO RECOMIENDO !!!!!!!!!

  I never leave bad reviews anywhere but my mom took my kitties to get spayed here yesterday morning. She was told They would get their spay when dropped off at 8:30 AM. Due to that, my cats were not able to eat past a certain timing the night before. Once my mom dropped them off, we had called around 4 pm April 14 to get an update on our babies. This really broke our hearts, they were STILL there without food, IT WAS ALREADY 4 PM!!! We didn’t get NO call NO contact regarding the schedule mess up ALL DAY. We could’ve picked up our cats if there was a schedule mess up an hour after dropping them off but at 4 pm Is absolutely INSANE while our cats are scared not knowing where they are!! My mom requested a refund from ALL the services because we lost the trust from this hospital. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t wish this upon anybody with their fur babies, our hearts were broken and my cats were beyond stressed.
