  Petco is always my go to pet store! Has everything I need for my pets. Staff is always very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended ☺️

  We had a great experience thanks to Jermar, the store manager. We were looking for single servings of Cesar dog food, but the only option available on the shelves was the 24-pack variety box. When we asked about singles, he didn’t just brush us off—he actually checked, realized there were none out, and went the extra mile by opening a box so he could sell individual servings for $1 each. That level of customer service really stood out. He genuinely cared about helping us and making sure we left satisfied. Because of that, we’ll definitely be coming back. Big thank you to Jermar and the staff for being so helpful and accommodating!

  the customer service is excellent but the prices are really high.. you have to go when they have their sales otherwise you're going to be spending an arm and a leg very high price that's the only thing I have a complaint about other than that the customer service is excellent very helpful

  My dog had gone here for grooming. My dog has NEVER had any problems with any other groomers, I have gone to a Petco before for this as well, no problems. They called me to come pick up my dog after she was already there for almost 3 hours, which is more than the time that it usually takes. Plus, when I got there, they weren't even finished! She is a very small dog. They said that she was bleeding on her top teeth, which is very weird as I did check her teeth before I had even taken her. I do suspect that the groomer could have provoked her, as again, this has never happened before, and I've been taking her for haircuts since she was a puppy. I also purchased the spring care bundle, this is said to come with a strawberry shampoo bath and a bandana, which I did not receive, they only gave her the bath. The Manager did not help at all with this situation either, I told her that I will not be coming back and she did not take it very well. Please be careful about where you take your babies🙏
