  Petco is well stocked with a variety of selections of food for our Dogs and Cat! They carry beans that are not available in other stores.

  I go in today Thursday Nov 13th 1:00pm. I’m the only customer in line picking up an online order for someone who can’t make it in. I show them the order # And they repeat to me I need ID. What if I’m helping someone disabled and can’t get out of bed, they don’t want to hear it, just repeating “need id” at me like a parrot. So I step off for a second to FaceTime the person I’m picking up for. At this point a line starts to form and they just proceed to the next customer and now I’m standing around thinking they were still interested in helping me. They were just talking to me and acknowledging me moments ago. And just ignored me. They then call the next customer and thankfully that customer acknowledged me and turns the cashier towards me. I don’t believe I was coming off in anyway annoying or entitled, but the attitude they were giving me was baffling. I was just picking up dog food, why treat me like I’m a criminal. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe management doesn’t treat them well or they’re not getting paid enough to treat everyone with empathy. Fix the moral in your store.

  I love how they guarantee their products and if we are not happy with our purchase we can get our money back or exchange it for another item :)

  When you buy pet fish, the staff will ask about the size of your aquarium. If it doesn't meet their requirements, they won't sell it to you. But there's something very unreasonable about this. Before any pet fish are sold, they're displayed in the store's showcase. I wonder how they can regulate the size of a customer's aquarium when they're keeping so many fish in such a small space? Is this a case of "you're allowed to have fire, but I'm not allowed to have lights"? This is a very unreasonable rule.

  This is the best Petco location. I’ve been to several and by coming here often with my cat, Shark, I can honestly say this is the best Petco location and you can come to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also willing to work with you as far as treatment for your animal. I would highly recommend this location.
