Although we had an appt, we did end up having to wait almost 40+ minutes past our scheduled appointment, HOWEVER, there was only 1 Vet and 1 Vet Tech onsite, and there were a LOT of pets coming thru to the clinic, so I understand and sympathize with the staff being so short handed. Once we got in, the Dr. and Tech were amazing! They were patient and very caring with our older cat. They did a thorough examination, listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed (which, again, being so short staffed and with so many other pets in the waiting area, they could have easily rushed us through). Overall, I was extremely happy with the service and the care they provided our pet. I would recommend this Veterinary Doc (I unfortunately didn’t get his name) and will most likely take our pets there moving forward even though it’s not the closest Petco clinic to us.
