My dog actually enjoys coming in for her appointments, she gets very excited when we enter the parking lot she knows where she's going and she knows that they are going to treat her right. In addition have very rude attitude towards customers in response.Today even clearly they refuse to give service to my dog . Very disappointed to lost my time even after providing text messages PETCO send on my phone to confirm appointment time.
