My dog has an asymptomatic heart murmur that she's had all her life and never causes a problem. Yet I was told today that Petco wouldn't no longer take her because of this, even though her veterinarian could advise that she would be fine. I'm retired and my dog is all I have. Petco is nearby and easy for me to get to. This was just out of the blue and really disappointing.
