He’s took the time needed to gain her trust, ease her fears. His efforts were much appreciated as I hate to put her in situations that cause discomfort. She was soothed by his kindness and the experience went very well. We will definitely be booking with Rocky again!

- KKKateAug 16, 20251.0I paid $100 for a very simple grooming (a shave-down with a clean face trim), and the result was awful. My dog was left uneven, patchy, with long hairs sticking out, and the face was not even finished. On top of that, when I dropped my dog off, they told me the grooming would take three hours, but they called me after only 1 hour and 25 minutes - clearly rushed. I also sent them a reference of what I wanted (the last photo, which is the work of another groomer, not from Petco). This is not professional grooming, and it's completely unacceptable for the price. I do not recommend this place.
