  The entire staff at the Banfield Hospital in Palm Desert, CA, is caring, attentive, and considerate of pet parents' concerns. They all do their best to ensure the Pet's care is of the highest order. Thank you for the care you continue to give to Casey Jane!

  We’re from out of town and booked an appointment online for 2:00 PM today. We pulled into their parking lot at 1:15 pm and called them to let them know we had arrived a bit early and could come inside now if they wanted us to or we could just wait till 2:00 PM when our appointment was. They said they had called and left a voicemail message that they don’t do appointments at 2:00 PM and they had bumped us up to 12:45 PM instead. Even though THEIR system allowed us to make a 2:00 PM appointment they could not/would not make any accommodations and would not be able to see our dog at all today. If they had texted me, I would’ve gotten their message. Because THEIR system allowed us to make an appointment at 2:00 PM they should have made arrangements to fit us in today. Not happy with this experience. If their system allows people to set appointments online, they should honor those appointments. Period.

  Compassionate all around. They donwhat they can. There's apparently a coupon for your first time visit on Facebook. Liz at the front desk is great 👍 I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

  Fast, friendly, competent vets. Prices are high for services, even with pets enrolled in the wellness plan. We go elsewhere (Western University Vet Program in Pomona, CA) for trays, ultrasound, and other expensive tests and obtain those services at less than one third the cost at Banfield.

  If I could give them 1000 stars I would!!!! Amazing staff! We just got an eight month old Yorkie from a breeder. We came in for a first wellness check because the puppy didn’t seem “right” His urine was very yellow, he was bumping into walls, and his breath was really bad ;( Alicia God us in right away on a Saturday 🙏🏻 Can I just say that we were nervous enough about this poor little guy suffering ;( Us into the office! I was so kind and welcoming, and completely calmed our nerves. Dr. Swier and Alicia spent so much time, checking out the Baby and they were so thorough. They both made sure we understood exactly what was going on and tried to give us the best options. I just lost my Shih Tzu at almost 18 years old and we have never ever been treated with such kindness and professionalism ( so caring to us and the little baby ) I cannot thank them enough for all of their time and the great care we got from this team🙏🏻 I love them and I could never ever go to another office and they really had me second-guessing the care we received for our Shih Tzu Called best vet office 🥲🥲🥲🥲 I hope this team knows how grateful we are for all of their time and care
