  Made an appointment to have our 8 month old puppy groomed here. To start with we got 15 reminder texts before our appointment. 2 texts the morning of. Reminders are nice but that many is just harassment! Then we get there and wait for 20 minutes and nobody even came out to check us in. 10 minutes after our appointment time we finally just left. The grooming department here has absolutely no customer service!

  This is the worst petco ive been too. I came into the store because I applied for a position and wanted to personally introduce myself to the manager. I asked a coworker if the manager waa in she simply said no. I then asked when will the next time they be in to introduce myself and she just shrugged her shoulders. No attention at all. The customer service is very poor. I gave up on her and went to another worker who was the dog trainer. I asked If he was one of the managers and walked passed me with "just a dog trainer" and walks off. This is so rude. If you treat your customers like crap, who would even want to work here? Plus manager only works 3 hour shifts 9-12 but on a lunch break? I never seen a manager there and ive lived here for 5 years. Shows alot about the energy in this place.

  Had a horrific experience with my frenchie, where the groomer left her on a high table with two leashes tightly around her neck and left the room to run to the back of the store. She could have snapped Diva’s neck and killed her. Called and asked to speak to the manager and head of grooming. When no call came I filed a complaint with corporate, reported this to the better business bureau and filed a review on yelp. Today the manager called to say that the whole thing never happened. Not only did he lie to cover himself but Joe spliced his video tape to fit his narrative. No apology, no accountability. If they are willing to lie and destroy video footage. I WILL NEVER EVER SET FOOT INTO THAT STORE AS LONG AS THE STORE MANAGER IS THERE.

  I always enjoy going into there store it is clean and the staff is always friendly. They also always have what I am looking for.
