The first picture is the butchered job they did in June 2025. The second picture was the most recent done at PetSmart. Most would say a dog is a dog but mine was at petco for nearly 8 hours never getting to go out to pee until I showed up to take her out and the girl was still not done with her hair job. I should have just taken her then but most of the damage had been done and she had major grinch feet going on. I tried talking to store management and corporate but management could care less and was never able to get a hold of corporate. Long story short I swore to never go back and have yet to do so for any item. Also her butchered tail hair is grown back some but the texture is definitely different that it used to be which I was most upset and worried that would happen. Other pics are just her being cute and pictures after other grooms. The one with stitch was right before the chop shop job.

At checkout, the cashier informed me she thought they had it but it was in fact out of stock. She sold me an “alternative” that isn’t a monthly dose but rather a supplementary treatment. I asked for a price adjustment and my total was less than the cost of the one adjusted item. I didn’t bother getting a receipt and now I still need the correct medication… I’m out 45$ and my dog is still itching after 2 stops and a wasted phone call
