Christina, the manager goes above and beyond by listening and trying to answer all of your questions especially regarding the training classes. Stephanie, the trainer also goes above and beyond working with the needs of your pet according to your goals. The cashiers were all also super friendly. A pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this location.

I gave her a regular $20 bill that I got from chase ATM machine it has tiny little cut at the edge she refused it . Then I gave her 2 bills of $10 and she keep waiting she said I told you $16 then she realized that was $20 , jocked with her I told her if she had her lunch yet she replied very rude and she said I will cancel your order now , then I told her yes please cancel it and this is my last time here at this store .

They have everything you need: shampoo perfectly mixed, scrub for lathering, towels, leads, controllable water temp, huge tubs for big dogs, slip mats, and aprons. I am most pleased that they have the creme de la creme of dog blow driers - the K9-ii. I have a Newfoundland, so this is such a time saver on drying. Thank you to the staff for being helpful, kind, and keeping it so clean.
