The process was unclear. We didn’t know we had to check in or where to check in like many other people in the line. We checked after waiting in line for a while. After we checked in we had to wait in line for an hour. Then my puppy freaked out because she was getting shots and microchipped. She started crying, barking, trying to escape the vet and vet tecs hold. I then got worried and scared telling them to let her go and instead of showing empathy with me and my puppy the vet gets an attitude and starts being really rude. I was scared and instead of showing empathy, kindness and patience she was rushing through the process as if she didn’t care then instead of being kind and professional she was rude.
