Instead of receiving help, we were treated with rudeness and disrespect by the store manager. When he asked about our tank size, I double-checked with my husband and confirmed the correct size. Even then, the manager refused to sell us the fish and told me to “go set up the tank and come back.” He made me feel unwelcome, like he just wanted to kick us out. When I asked to speak with someone else, he said he’s the manager and I can’t talk to anyone else. My son had a tantrum and cried because of how upsetting this was. No parent should have to experience this kind of treatment in front of their children. Petco should take this seriously — customers deserve kindness and respect, especially families with young kids.

Not only did they help me find the right sized for my pup they also helped me put the harness on and shared some very valuable advice on my puppy and how/when to start training him Some things and invited me to do a training class with them. They were very patient and knowledgeable!
