He wasn’t eating or drinking at all, and I was desperate to find something that could help keep him hydrated and get some food into his system. I spoke with the store manager, Kelly, and explained what was going on. She took the time to really listen and recommended a specific meat to help encourage my puppy to eat, along with advice on hydration. As soon as I got home, I mixed the meat with his dry food, and to my relief, he started eating right away. After days of not eating, seeing him finally take food was incredibly emotional and gave me so much hope. I truly appreciate Kelly for taking the time to guide me and for being so knowledgeable and compassionate. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and knows exactly what she’s doing. She is absolutely in the right place and is a huge asset to your business. I can’t thank her enough.
