She told us it was a month to month subscription that we can try out for one month just to see if we like it. She also told us it was $10 but it’s more than double that a month for only $15 in credit. We tried explaining this fiat misunderstanding to guest services and they flat out refused to cancel. Don’t Get Trapped

- MDMilo DtmOct 19, 20251.0I guess selection is ok but staff for some reason is never in a good mood The long haired guy with glasses also has the worst customer service I had a situation where the girls in the back accidentally misheard me say I needed 40L crickets and when she gave me the bag she asked if I said 60 or 80 to which I answered 40 so she just wrote 40 on the bag so the dude asked me when I was paying who gave me those I said some girls in the back so he called them up, never heard what he told them since they never came in the time I was paying but next time I went the same guy had me wait literally 30min for crickets I heard him explaining to a kid and his mom about a pet they had just got but the fact was it would’ve taken 3min to give me my crickets I asked about 3 other employees for help and they called it in the speaker but no one showed up I got in line asked for help he said he help other people in line then help me so I was waiting then he came by said he’d help one more person which took him about 25-30min I have all the time in the world so that doesn’t bother me but the fact that it felt personal kinda did since it had nothing to do with me It’s the only place I know I can get crickets too so kinda bummed that the customer service is terrible almost like they hate working there, just saying !
