- YYYukiDec 22, 20255.0Having been to numerous Petco's around the country, this is a store that went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. Our car had broken down in the middle of our road trip, so we had to get a rental prior to our morning grooming appointment and we were very much running late. I spoke to several staff members over the phone, including Madison, our groomer, and every single one of them was empathetic and patient, and tried their best to accommodate us. We were already blown away by their supportiveness. Madison graciously accepted our dog right at the already-extended deadline (thank you again!!!). Not only did she groom our medium-sized, medium/long-haired dog super quickly (bath + de-shedding) but she did a phenomenal job in making him fluffy, mat-free, and smelling amazing! She also noticed that he doesn't like being crated, so she even let him follow her around on a leash with her after she was done with him. We were so impressed by the staff and grooming department at this Petco and wish they were local to us. But for future Napa trips, we will definitely be asking for Madison! A+++

She told us it was a month to month subscription that we can try out for one month just to see if we like it. She also told us it was $10 but it’s more than double that a month for only $15 in credit. We tried explaining this fiat misunderstanding to guest services and they flat out refused to cancel. Don’t Get Trapped
