My moms happy, healthy, and energetic dog who is only 4 never had a health issue in her life is now paralyzed immediately after the rabies shot. The emergency vet refuses to acknowledge that it was caused by that and charged us $500 and wants us to get a $3000 mri and $12000 surgery. My mom clearly cannot afford that. After doing days of research it seems it is a side effect although rare and unfortunate. Vetco does have a number to call to reimburse any treatment or er visits due to vaccine reactions but good luck getting any vet to admit it was that. Our dog has not been the same since July 8 and has only gotten worse to the point we might have to put her down. Thanks vetco for paralyzing our family dog and possibly killing her

1.) This website is not user friendly.
2.) no same day shot clinics / exam & vaccines only given by appt. (Which is 1-10 days later
I.e. the shots might be reasonably priced but still must have exam & shot appt together ...
