  I genuinely feel like this place is more focused on making money than actually resolving the issue. I first brought my cat in for an ear infection in December, and it was never fully resolved. I returned in February and saw Dr. Padilla. Initially, that visit went well. She prescribed two medications, but at the two-week follow-up, my cat’s ear infection was still not resolved. At that point, they recommended doing another ear swab, which costs $55. I had already spent $165 on ear swabs alone. During that visit, staff kept referencing my December appointment as if they had no record or awareness of my February visit with Dr. Padilla. They also questioned why my cat wasn’t prescribed a medicated ear flush from the last two appointments, which umm… I don’t know?? I’m not a vet? Then, they wanted to schedule yet another follow-up appointment with—again—another ear swab to “make sure it’s gone.” It felt excessive and unnecessary at that point. Overall, my cat was put on four different medications through this clinic, and the infection still wasn’t resolved until I sought care from another vet. I followed all medication instructions exactly as directed. This experience felt disorganized, inconsistent, and overly focused on repeated charges rather than actually fixing the problem. DO NOT BUY THE WELLNESS PLAN EITHER. Waste of money.

  🤞🏼 here today. So far the staff is super nice. Josh and Gaby are truly animal lovers and that was nice to see. This is my first dog and I was pretty intimidated at first but everything was super smooth. I definitely recommend the Banfield Wellness plan. Talk to Josh and Gaby about it for sure. It really is worth it for your animals sake. I like that its in petsmart because it feels like a welcoming environment walking around with our sweetie. So many good distractions.
