  Tim, Bill, Juan, and all the rest of the staff are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful with my fish, herps, and arachnids. I've learned so much from them!

  Very poor grooming work on our pet. Ears cut irregularly. Ear plucking not done at all, saying the puppy did not allow it. Legs shaved poorly. Unfriendly attitude overall. As billing and payment is done before handing over the pet, we even gave a tip, which we would not have given if we had known about the work done. Difficult to consider sending him again at this place.

  The staff there was very rude when I asked them a question about my dog’s ear infection and a specific ear cleaner I needed. They asked if it was prescription only. I said no, it wasn’t, and they replied, “Why are you guessing? Why don’t you make sure?” I told them I was sure — I had already searched for it and it said most pet stores carry it. They rudely said again that if I wanted that specific one, I should go Google it… which I had already told them I did. Then I went on Amazon and they shipped the exact same product to me in three hours. I could have bought a similar product from them, but why should I after an experience like that? Honestly, I don’t know how these stores are still in business with rude people like that working there. They really have nothing to offer compared to online stores like Amazon.

  Consistently friendly and helpful service. Last trip the bulk cat litter was empty, and a nearby staff member cheerfully refilled it for me right away.
