- TItehila ben ishayDec 2, 20251.0simply stupid attitude at levels. My dog had a few knots in his fur, and they simply decided that either they shave him completely or they don’t accept me. The girl there argued with me endlessly, they wasted my money and time to get to them. I tell her he only has a few knots, and she tells me no, even though I know exactly what knots he has. And in the most pathetic way possible, they also say that it’s more expensive to shave him, even though everywhere it’s known that it’s cheaper. What’s the problem with saying these things on the phone? Also, buying things there—the sellers don’t know at all what they’re selling in this branch. I ask the seller for an approved flight bag, she shows me something not approved. Urgently need to improve the team, terrible experience.

My dog was nervous at first, but they got her to calm down. I recommend them for any of your pets cleaning or grooming needs. Made me and my kids and wife feel really welcomed. My dog is a big dog and they were great with her . Friendly staff was great .
