  Worst customer service- they do not care- PETCO MORGAN HILL. This is only a job for them. Big corporation- do not bring your beloved pets here

  Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I had a great experience at this Petco location! I stopped in to grab some crickets, and the young man who helped me was incredibly friendly and made the process quick and easy. To top it off, the cashier was just as welcoming and professional. ​It’s always a plus when you can get what you need and be greeted by such a warm, helpful staff. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for my pet supplies!

  The young lady in the fish department was very helpful, very friendly. The young lady at the register (Jace) was the opposite. She was not very friendly upbeat or helpful at checkout. I asked her a question but instead of finding out the answer for me, she rerouted me to the grooming department. Sometimes Clerks need to go above and beyond for the customer. Instead of making the customer, you're run around. If something is posted on your store window, all employees should know what's you're going on instead of saying, I don't know.
