- KRKristin RhodesSep 28, 20251.0Never will I ever bring my dogs back here. I brought a pointer and a German shepherd and it took over 3 hours. Not including the 15 minutes I stood waiting at the counter to pick them up while nobody came out to help. One groomer, I believe her name was Sierra, was grooming a walk in and said she couldn’t help us. She also said she couldn’t yell to the back to get someone’s attention. As well as telling us she couldn’t help because she couldn’t handle big dogs. So after I yelled to the back to get someone’s attention. She magically unhooked the dog she was grooming and went to the back. At which point she started talking shit about me and my family as we waited. And we could hear her!!!!! Finally another groomer walked in the waiting area from the store and got our dogs for us. She was very very nice. However, after getting our dogs I noticed their nails were BARELY cut. And when I got home I noticed my German shepherd is still wet! And looks barely brushed near her tush!!!! I can’t believe I spent $120 for this service. I’m appalled and will never be going back there.
