She makes sure you dont lose your rewards and even helps you apply them . She went way out of her way about a month ago for me and saved me 60$. Everytime I'm in line to pay for something she is always super nice and helpful to eveyone. Shabon in the groomer is amazing at what she does and she truly cares about your baby. Everyone in the parlor is awesome too.

When an employee told me they were closed, I said, “so you close at 8:50PM?” She replied that they cancel anything 10 minutes prior to closing. I’m not sure what that means, but I won’t be back.
