  The doctors instaff are excellent at dealing various types of pets. They've always provided excellent care over the years for both our dog and cats. They are also excellent at providing various options depending on your finances without sacrificing health of your pet

  這家醫院太差勁了，4月6號帶我的狗來做檢查。跟我說報告3至7天會下來，這中間打過好幾次電話問報告，醫院跟我說醫生去度假要等醫生回來，我天天等天天打電話，天天都跟我說過兩天，還是遲遲未等到醫院打來的電話，現在已經4月23號了，如果我的狗是惡性腫瘤，你就嚴重拖延到我治療的時間，4月6號照的X光做的細針檢查，時間這麼久我要帶去另外一家醫院做切片的話，他們認為4月6號到現在已經有一段時間了這些數據都不準，那我在你這家醫院做的檢查等於是白做，前天跟我說4/23今天一定會請醫生打給我在中午時後，現在都下午4點多了，還是沒打給我跟我講報告內容。太差。太差勁太差勁了。

  Excellent medical care for my boy. The staff was amazing and caring. The wait was not long at all. This is definitely Maximo's new Vet.

  The staff was excellent and created a welcoming, friendly environment. Although I walked in without an appointment, I would recommend calling ahead. They promptly admitted my dog, Hart, and the doctor followed up quickly with a clear and transparent explanation of his condition. I highly recommend this health center for their professional and compassionate care.

  The staff here are fantastic—kind, attentive, and clearly care about the animals they treat. Unfortunately, the scheduling system does not reflect that same level of quality. There has been a repeated pattern of significant delays, where I arrive on time (or early) for an appointment and still wait an hour or more to be seen. At that point, it raises the question of what the appointment time actually represents. I respect that unexpected situations can arise, but when this happens consistently, it suggests a need to reevaluate how appointments are scheduled and managed. I value my time, and I hope this is something that can be improved.
