Its very easy to make an appointment and search nearby areas. I chose the one in Montebello. Only issue was the street closures which were not necessary their issue but mine. I arrived about 5 min late. I was checked in. The staff was extremely friendly. After check in I paid then went to the back of the store. I stood in line to be seen. The vet performs an external examination. She answered any worries I had as well as recommend products for certain issues. She was very thorough and very good to my dogs. Love the process. No fuss. Definitely doing it here next time.
