I had a very poor experience at this store. I wanted to purchase a donut neck collar for my dog because he recently had a neck surgery. I went with my mom to this location. I went to the front door and spoke to one of the employees. Her name is Vanessa. She was talking with a co-worker at the cash register. My mom asked where to find the donut collars. Vanessa told her the donut collars were in the aisle of the dog beds. We looked around the aisle and couldn’t find it. My mom went to Vanessa and told her she couldn’t find it. She asked if Vanessa could show her where it is. Vanessa rudely told my mom, “It’s over there! Just check it again!” She continued to talk to her co-worker at the cash register. My mom walked toward me with a angry and disappointed look. We spent 10 minutes looking for the donut cone. I finally found it. This is ridiculous and very bad customer service. When me and my mom went to the cash register to pay, Vanessa greeted a new customer at the front door and offered them a photo with a discount. She didn’t not treat us with the same courtesy. This is discrimination and disgraceful. Why were we treated so rudely? We were very disappointed with the service. The co-worker at the cash register saw this happen and did nothing as well. Vanessa should be fired. This is discrimination and racist towards me and my mother. Shame.

Cat adoptions on Saturday should be advertised just as Dog training classes. The Ladies are here every Saturday helping these cute kittens/Cats find a forever loving home. The cat population is over whelming.
