    My experience, was horrible with the employee who was like forced to help me, his behavior was like he didn't want to the job to exchange a dead fish I was returning to the store, per the stores 30 day return policy, we got as far as him getting a fish and putting it in container before putting it in bag to take home, I showed him the dead fish 1st time when he asked me "what kind of fish did want" I simply said I'm fish as this one, he replied as if something was triggered in him "ok get that thing away from me I don't want to see it", 2nd showed the fish I brought in to exchange I asked him aren't you supposed to confirm I'm returning a deceased fish, he replied and went into a hissy "get that thing away from me take it home I don't care", then displayed aggressive behavior, got the fish he caught for me threw it back into the back into the tank and said "you're harassing me, get out of the store and if you don't leave you are trespassing and I will call the police", I walked to the front cashier and asked for a manager come out and assist me because this employee was having some kind of issue just doing his job, he followed me to the front and called the police I could hear him giving the police my description, a manager did come out assist me return and get a new fish, when I was in my car leaving I did the police pulling up in front of the store, that was was enough drama for me I just drove off and went home Needless to say I'm not returning to that store if Petco does not pay closer attention and supervision of their employees, there's a few violations of employee behavior and job duties they should take a close look at and not to mention "I felt threatened when he told me to get out of the store, followed me to the front and called the police standing by me" come on now I'm just an elder customer trying to live the rest of my years with a little Peace and Joy...

    The other day I went in to do any exchange. Usually I dislike going in store because it’s always so hard to find help then when you ask for it it always takes a long time to get someone to the area. But this day when I went in I was looking for a sweater to exchanged just needed a bigger size. A staff member seen me and actually approached me asking if I needed help. I showed her the sweater and she said that’s all they had but she offered to check in the back for me . She came back and with the last sweater in the size I needed !!! I’m a retail manager and I know how much customer sizes means . Especially during the holiday season . Getting over workloads , rude customers and so forth. So thank you Vanessa for approaching me and asking me if I needed help and going that extra mile . It does mean a lot . As well as the small talk . Keep being friendly and smile .

    Lovely experience. We have a dog. and adopted a kitten from there through the nonprofit organization, covenant cat rescue ask for Robin and Shantel. They have the biggest hearts and will be happy to help those looking for a furry baby.

    I had a fantastic experience at Petco thanks to one of their employees! He was incredibly attentive, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Tall and slender, he stood out not only for his appearance but also for his attentiveness and knowledge. He helped me find exactly what I needed for my cat and even carried my things to the checkout. A true gentleman and an exemplary employee. Petco, don't let this talent go! 5/5 stars for Nathan

    Can we talk about Nathan at Petco for a sec?! Dude's got charm, pet knowledge, and a smile that could melt steel. Helped me find everything I needed in minutes. Give this man a promotion and a spotlight, please. I'd shop here again just to see him!
