All the staff are friendly and amazing, from the retail workers to the groomers and especially the vetco vets and techs. Our puppy loves our trips to Petco and her vet is top tier.

Worst petco I have ever been to I came inside with my family to find a ginuea pig for my daughters birthday I asked an associate can she take the ginuea pig out she said no it will stress the animal out , I then asked if she can move the castle it was under so we can see what it looks like better since she can’t take it out she said no . I ask her how will we see if we want to purchase the animal or not if we can’t fully see what it looks like I understand you can’t take it out but can you at least move the castle for us to better see she states that we can still fully see I’m not sure what the associates issue was but I have never experienced something so rude . The associate did not want to help us at all .

The gentleman that helped me in the aquatic area was fantastic but I gave 3 stars cause the 2 people working the cash register in the front were some of the most sour faced people I've recently encountered. I'm not looking for a best friend, but some emotion other than a flat " I hate being here" face is needed. May make the difference as to whether I go back to that location since there are Petco stores eveywhere.

Came here to get my old English sheep dog groomed. Sarah and Vanessa were very nice and explained everything about the grooming process and what they were able to do for my dog. Unfortunately they are very limited to what they are able to do, per Petco policy and my dog was left pretty horribly looking since they couldn’t finish the grooming. I can’t blame them tho, my dog’s ears were very matted. I had to take her to another groomer to fix the matting. My dogs ears and rest of her body are nicely groomed now :) if your dog is badly matted I don’t recommend coming here, otherwise it’s a great place to take your dogs in for grooming at a reasonable price!
