They were extremely helpful and informational. Very patient. The aquatic section is very busy sometimes and they didn’t seem to rush and answered all my questions politely. And now my fish’s are thriving because of them . THANK YOU!

She went above and beyond in every way patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident, which truly means a lot. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Vanessa absolutely does. With employees like her, Petco isn’t just a pet store it’s a place you trust. Petco is amazing, but Petco with Vanessa is a winning squad. Highly recommend!

They do not help, they have no customer service in mind. They won't stop what they're doing and help. very poor quality. Every time I come there they leave me standing there for 20 minutes. One guy won't stop stalking material to help a customer ,that's unheard of.
