Was there two hours only to have a 10 minute conversation about how there's nothing they can do without multiple expensive tests. Today I arrived not even 10 minutes late and got charged a fee?? Got the call about the fee as I was approaching the door. The Doctor wasn't even ready, still waited an additional 10 minutes to be seen. I could understand if the vet had been waiting but no. Wasn't even ready to see us and we got charged. Changing vets asap, they waist time, run up your bill as much as they can and if they can't get you to pay there's "not much they can do." No suggestions or recommendations. Had to fight just to get prescribed literally anything without multiple tests. I'm done paying for a 15 minute conversation only to receive no help. Especially just to be in a room with dirty towels.
