Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
I have brought my pitbull to this clinic since she was 2 months old and she is 6 months now. I never had an issue with the different vets we would see every time we came in for prescription or shots. Up until just yesterday when we saw Dr. Julie Sheldon. It’s important to note that I am currently training my dog every single day. If you know anything about bigger breeds, they are extremely hyper and very friendly. The assistant Trinity L. noticed I was training her but proceeded to distract my dog and shove treats in her mouth and rile her up the moment we stepped up to the table. She literally goes “I know you’re training her but I just can’t help it. I’m gonna give her more treats because she’s my favorite today.” I thought this was sweet and didn’t know what to say. My dog then got all excited and started jumping all around. I finally got her to sit down and of course the assistant started baby talking and riling her up again. I tried my best to be patient, redirecting my dog’s attention away from the girl. Then while we were waiting in line, another assistant (Kalilah or Madi) came up and started talking to my dog, essentially doing the same thing Trinity was. She then says “I’m not sure why there’s a caution on your file, you’re so sweet!” I was taken aback because my dog is not aggressive at all, just very friendly. I brushed past this and walked over to the vet Dr. Sheldon whom was spread out on the floor in a puddle as all of her assistants stood around her. This time, all 3 of the assistants were handing my dog treats all at the SAME TIME. Of course my dog gets extremely excited, doesn’t know where to look nor who to listen to, she is just happy to be there. The vet is just sitting there staring at my dog as if she is the most impolite, rabid, and terrible pet. She says to my do “you’re cute but you are just way too much.” The only thing this Dr. was able to do was check my dog’s temperature. As for anything else within the exam, our paperwork noted “Unable to exam” for ALL. She didn’t even try to examine anything else with my pup. She simply gave up. While I stand there hovering over this Dr. whom is still sitting on the floor, she begins to say “you need to walk this dog twice a day, she has way too much energy. You need to look into training because she doesn’t even listen to you. Your dog needs to learn to drop stuff when you tell her to. She needs to know recall commands.” And she continues. I tried telling this lady that when there isn’t food being shoved in her face or 6 people surrounding her, she is VERY obedient. My dog is extremely food motivated. If you knew anything about different breeds, especially the pitbull breed, you would know this!! She knows “drop it” command, she knows “here” command, and so much more. Although I felt that this lady did NOT want to hear my side. She kept interrupting me and even said “well that’s not helpful at all.” Even her surrounding assistants were trying to defend my dog saying things like “but she’s still a good dog.” Or “but I can see you’re trying.” Still, Julie continued with her ridicule.
My dog is 6 months old. I am not a trainer. I am a first time dog mom. And I am trying my best. To be completely shit on by a vet who has seen my dog one time is just completely uncalled for. This lady should NOT be a veterinarian if she has zero soft skills and doesn’t like dogs. I will not be taking my dog here anymore and will seek a real veterinary office with nice doctors.

They're great with pets. I loved how they treated my Chiquita. Took her for her 1st and 2nd shots and they were great with her and we were in and out. Friendly and courteous staff. I definitely recommend bringing your pets here.

I booked an appointment to get my dogs vax updates because they are a requirement for behavioral training. Upon intake info, it was not stated anywhere that there were weight limits around injectable vaccines. We went in to get the shots and vet refused to give him 2 injectables, so we had to delay my dogs training.
I come back two weeks later, and it's a different vet who told me she would have given both vaccinations at the same time.
Know that if you are coming here you are at the whim and mercy of that individual veterinarian, regarded of what the standard of care is.
