- KOKelli Ott4 days ago1.0I had my dog groomed there 3 times and though they were very expensive (and tried to upsell me on everything), he smelled nice and was happy so I didn't mind. The problem was that every time I arrived for my appointment, I was told I was too early and had to 'walk around' and wait until they were ready. I literally was within 10 minutes of my appointment time, but I complied. The last time was too much. I walked him and waited outside the grooming area until I was waved in and so I entered. Dani stated "he's just going to have to wait in the kennel longer now" I told her my appointment was for 2:30 and showed her on my phone that it was 2:26, at which time she rolled her eyes at me. I asked if I should be back in an hour and she rudely told me "I will call you when he's ready but it won't be anytime soon!" I should have taken my dog and left, but I was so shocked at her rudeness. I did get a call when he was done and arrived to find that Dani wasn't in the grooming area and I was so relieved. I paid for the service and had already decided that she wasn't going to get a tip this time because she had been so rude. Of course, as soon as I got my dog, in walks Dani from the store area, expecting a tip and making conversation. I ignored her and took my dog home. Every time before, I had been auto-scheduled for my next visit but unsuprisingly, the last time that I didn't tip, there has been no contact. Dani is good with the dogs but her people skills have driven away this customer for sure!

- SGSandra GarciaOct 21, 20251.0Took my dog in for grooming services They didn’t clean his ears so I called them to come in to have them clean it I can came in and they never apologized took him in the back less then 3 minutes comes out and says she cleaned what should could because he might have a ear infection it was still dirty she could of got cleaned better then that I had to do it at home and it was able to clean it I paid $80 and she couldn’t even try to clean it another way also they never told me they think he has a ear infection till I took him back When I came in the second time to get his cleaned it was the manager that wouldn’t clean his ears probably.
