- IIItsjustallysonJan 7, 20261.0Hardly open only 2 days a week with no veterinarians, had a neuter appointment scheduled and they canceled a day before saying there’s no longer an anesthesiologist there anymore and to go to Tracy. Which unfortunately some people can’t do. We’re paying $75 a month for no services a partial refund or something should be given out. We chose Banfield since it was so close but now it’s pretty much closed don’t recommend

Not even a reduction of rates! They have a sign saying we can get services in Tracy or Stockton, which fir people who are handicapped that is an impossibility!

Their plan cost $55.00 per month but they are seldom open for business. Automated service reflects limited 2 day a week and voicemail is full. They are still not open for business these limited days. Petsmart staff and Banfield Tracy has no idea when anyone will be working. Is it unreasonable that plan members be offered a refund or discount fee for an office that isn't open? Would perhaps a team member addressing calls daily, checking voicemail and updating automated service be reasonable. We've been going here with our dog for 5 years and autopaying $55.00 a month. Service was fine until now. It's as if corporate has allowed this location to just ghost their faithful customers. Unfortunately will be going elsewhere and hopefully one day someone will pick up the phone for records.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
