I want to have it filled at Costco. There sre just too many hoops to jump through to get the Rx to Costco. NEVER AGAIN

The receptionist confirmed we are only doing Rabies and DHPP and had us sign off on the charges which were $124. Seemed really high for just the 2 vaccines but since she agreed we were only doing that I trusted the price was correct. Hope is getting her vaccines and then given what they told me was a dewormer, I was really confused as to why they were giving her that but maybe it was free?? IDK but then we get our bill and I see I was actually charged for a pup series 3 package which includes the 2 vaccines I wanted PLUS dewormer and a lepto vaccine. Did not want dewormer or lepto and she wasn’t even given the lepto vaccine. Called Vetco customer service and the person on the phone was super nice and agreed I should have only been charged around $88 since I didn’t want the dewormer or Lepto and didn’t even get the lepto but called back saying the refund request was denied due to the services already being given which I understand for the dewormer but she wasn’t given a lepto vaccine. So since Vetco won’t make it right I’m writing a review because I was literally charged $36 for no reason. That could have gone to fill my gas tank or buy food but I guess Vetco needs that money more :)
