I have always found what I needed for our new puppy, and if I don’t see it, staff have always been more the helpful with us. We signed up our puppy into the puppy training 12-Week program, Ben helped us sign up and answer all of our questions was very kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. Today we had our first puppy training day, Nicolas was the trainer. Excellent experience, very helpful instructor, and great character. Definitely recommended, even the 6-Week course will be helpful in so many ways.

On the second attempt I had gotten food that my pet was not wild about so I wished to exchange one of the two for something else but could not due to 60 day non-exchange rule. I asked to talk to manager who looked at paper work and shook his head in the negative. I have found Amazon as an easier method.
